What is the minimum order quantity? +
The MOQ is 50 pieces for standard models. For OEM/custom packaging orders the MOQ is 100 pieces. We can discuss smaller quantities for initial sample orders.
Can you ship by air? Is it UN38.3 certified? +
Yes. All our batteries carry UN38.3 and MSDS certification which permits air freight via DHL, FedEx and UPS. We provide full shipping documentation.
Do you offer OEM packaging with our brand logo? +
Yes. We provide full OEM service: custom logo, label printing and retail or bulk packaging. OEM MOQ is 100 pcs. Lead time is 7-15 business days after artwork approval.
What warranty do you offer? +
12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the shipment date. Defective units are replaced or refunded. Normal wear, misuse or damage is excluded.
