Every battery leaving our factory has passed a rigorous 4-stage quality inspection. From incoming materials to outgoing finished products, our QC team ensures each unit performs reliably and safely.
Incoming Quality Control. All raw materials including cells, PCBs and connectors are inspected before entering production.
In-Process Quality Control. Inspectors sample-check at each assembly step to catch defects early.
Final Quality Control. 100% of finished batteries undergo full electrical testing and aging test.
Outgoing Quality Control. Final inspection before packing to confirm labelling, packaging and shipping requirements.
